2026 Oct 14 - Proposal to Remove VO Status from Underperforming Operators

The following Verified Operators have been removed and/or shut down by their owners. Their VO badge should be removed.

• Forbole 16 - Operator removed. Needs VO badge removed

• Ankr 17 - No longer run by Ankr - Remove badge

• Shardlabs 20 - Operator removed. Remove VO badge if not already removed.

• Kiln 24 - Operator removed. Needs VO badge removed

The following Verified Operators have not been performing adequately, and have not responded to a July email from Linko:

• Operator 1131 - MarkoInEther1 - 0%

• Operator 1133 - MarkoInEther3 - 0%

The OC discussed these in committee today, and agreed that they should have their VO badge removed. For the operators that are still operational, they will be allowed to request to have their badge restored after meeting the requirements for restoration.

Vote Yes to approve the recommendation, which will remove the VO Badges from these operators
Vote No to reject the recommendation, which will allow the operators to keep their current VO badges
