To further drive global market development and accelerate the rollout of offline workshops, we now present this proposal to optimize the "Workshop Subsidy Policy," with the goal of lowering the application threshold so that more outstanding teams can participate in ecosystem building.

📋 Proposal Content

Current Scheme:
Eligibility for workshop subsidies: V4 and above

Proposed Adjustment:
Eligibility for workshop subsidies: V2 and above

Under the updated subsidy scheme, V2–V5 leaders who meet the workshop standards and complete the relevant assessments may apply for workshop subsidies. The subsidy amount is 3% of new performance, with a monthly cap of 5,000 UT equivalent in IBS. Workshop leaders are still required to complete the designated courses and subsequent assessments, as well as meet office hardware standards and other requirements.

This adjustment is not simply about expanding subsidy coverage, but rather about achieving the following goals:

Accelerating the pace of global workshop establishment
Cultivating more grassroots core leaders
