Arrow Air 2026 Board Election

This proposal executes the director election announced in the Election Notice posted 2026-07-15, as required by the Arrow Air Bylaws (elections every 12–18 months; current board seated February 2024).

What this vote does:

1. Elects a board of five (5) directors. The five candidates with the most approvals are seated as the new board of Arrow Air (Wyoming UNA), Arrow DAO's legal wrapper.
2. Dissolves the outgoing board in its entirety upon vote close, including removal of any current director not standing for re-election.
3. Rotates the treasury Safe signer set. The five elected directors become the five signers on the DAO treasury Safe (3-of-5 threshold), replacing the current signers. Elected directors will privately provide a signing address for the rotation and board records.

Candidates (nominations were open to any $ARROW holder for 7 days; each candidate confirmed acceptance of director and Safe signer duties and declared no disqualifying conflicts — full statements in the nomination thread):

• Sleety — director since the UNA was established (Secretary/Treasurer); author of AIP-001–004; manages Arrow's public presence; active Safe signer.
• Thomas Garrison (thomasg) — working to advance Arrow since founding; available daily/weekly for governance items and multisig actions.
• Erick Perdomo (errrks) — Project Quiver lead, GBC member, co-author of AIP-010; longtime multisig signer and disbursement operator; joined April 2022.
• Alperen Gundogan (alperenag) — initiated and led Arrow engineering across Feather, Quiver, and Spearhead (current lead); author of AIP-005.
• Julius (far1no) — Arrow engineering since early 2023 (batteries, Feather); team lead for Project Caribou and Project Longshot.

Vote mechanics: approval voting — approve every candidate you support. The top five by approvals are seated. Quorum is 2,000,000 $ARROW. The board is the DAO's execution layer, not its decision layer: directors carry out the will of the tokenholders and hold no unilateral power.

Upon passing: the new board is seated by written consent, and the treasury Safe signer rotation is executed and publicly reported.
