This proposal will fund the GBC for the months of January and February. These funds will be used to generate the Time Commitment Grant streams.

Justification
The funds in this proposal will be used to fund the streams of various contributors. These contributors will be working on general DAO tasks, industry-aligned research, preparation for restarting Project Spearhead, and GBC duties. No surplus is being requested in this proposal.

Outcome if Vote Passes
Approval of this proposal will trigger the transfer of ARROW and USDC funds from the Arrow treasury to the GBC wallet.
