This vote is to approve or reject two updates on the leadership and phase 3 of the ‘Project Quiver', as proposed here.

Item 1. Leadership Amendment

Due to upcoming commitments with another project, I will have less time to dedicate solely to Project Quiver.
I propose that errrks.eth and I, alperenag, serve as co-leads of the project to ensure smooth coordination and continuity as we enter the next phase.

Item 2. Phase 3 Scope Revision

Project Quiver will transition toward developing a Dev-Kit version of the drone, scheduled for release at the beginning of next year.
Considering the updated strategy and remaining materials from earlier phases, the revised Phase 3 goals will be:

• Test & Improve Waterproof & Dustproof Cockpit
• Develop Customized Transport Case
• Study Detachable Landing Gear
• Apply DFM on Airframe Design
• Apply DFM on Electrical Layout Design
• Revised Remote Controller with LCD Screen
• Product Life Cycle Study
• Dev-Kit Development
• Branding & Aesthetics
• User Guide & Flight Manual

Motivation

These changes will allow the project to progress efficiently under shared leadership while aligning our efforts with the current development direction and upcoming commercialization goals.
