This budget requests approval for future contributor funding to cover work scheduled for November 2025 through January 2026. It includes the final two months of Q4 2025 and the first month of Q5 2026.

Changes From Previous Proposal

Operations Budget (-$19,200)

After detailed discussions among the Core team, we have agreed to remove one Contributor's monthly compensation, in light of other work commitments that have limited their time in recent months. This also follows two months of approved payments in Q3 that were not distributed. We are grateful for their efforts and remain open to re-inclusion, should they wish to resume Beefy work and responsibilities.

The remaining Operations budget has been moved into the Development budget, as explained below.

Development Budget (+$14,600)

Contributors previously in the Operations budget provide services relating to Developer operations and project management. As these areas are fully integrated with development efforts, we are simply reclassifying those contributors as part of the Development budget.
