Strategic Partnership with VOOS Technology and Launch of the Blockchain Internet Block Initiative

Executive Summary

The Executive Team of Global Web3 Academy respectfully submits this proposal to the DAO members for consideration and approval.

The purpose of this proposal is to establish a strategic partnership with VOOS Technology Company Limited to launch a real-world blockchain infrastructure initiative known as the Blockchain Internet Block Program.

This initiative is designed to bridge blockchain technology with physical internet infrastructure while creating practical educational opportunities, generating sustainable business revenue, and strengthening the long-term value of the Global Web3 Academy ecosystem.

The Executive Team requests approval from the DAO before proceeding with the partnership and implementation.

Background

Global Web3 Academy was established to empower communities through education in Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Web3, Digital Entrepreneurship, and emerging technologies.

As our community grows, there is an opportunity to move beyond education by participating in real infrastructure projects that demonstrate how blockchain technology can solve practical challenges while creating sustainable income-generating assets.

One such opportunity is the deployment of affordable community internet centers through a strategic partnership with VOOS Technology.

Proposed Partnership

The Executive Team proposes that Global Web3 Academy enter into a strategic partnership with VOOS Technology Company Limited.

VOOS Technology specializes in internet infrastructure and telecommunications solutions.

Through this collaboration, both organizations will jointly establish Y Internet Community Centers, providing affordable high-speed internet while creating educational, technological, and business opportunities for our members.

The Blockchain Internet Block Concept

The proposed system introduces Blockchain Internet Blocks.

Each Internet Block represents the minimum capital required to establish one fully operational Y Internet community internet center.

Minimum Capital Per Internet Block

USD 8,000

Once fully funded, the Internet Block will be deployed to establish a new internet center capable of delivering affordable high-speed internet services to its surrounding community.

Each completed Internet Block becomes a real operating business supported by recurring internet subscription revenue.

Expected Annual Performance

Based on the proposed business model and under favorable operating conditions, each operational Internet Block is designed with a target annual performance (APY) of approximately 100%–150%, generated from business revenue after operational expenses.

These projections assume:

Successful completion of the Internet Block.
Timely deployment of the internet center.
Strong subscriber adoption.
Stable operational performance.
Effective management and maintenance.
The Executive Team acknowledges that actual performance may vary depending on market conditions, subscriber growth, operating costs, competition, regulatory requirements, and other business factors. Regular financial reporting will be provided to the DAO to ensure transparency.

Integration with Web3 Pocket (Web3Kibubu)

The proposal further recommends integrating the Blockchain Internet Block initiative with Web3 Pocket (Web3Kibubu).

Members who choose to participate may contribute funds through Web3 Pocket.

These contributions will be pooled until the required USD 8,000 is reached to establish one Internet Block.

Once the funding target is achieved, the Internet Block will be deployed to establish a new Y Internet Community Center.

As the center generates revenue, eligible participants may receive distributions in accordance with the approved DAO policies and the actual financial performance of the project.

Educational Benefits

One of the major objectives of this proposal is to provide students with practical learning opportunities.

Approved participants will have opportunities to:

Visit operational Y Internet centers.
Observe internet infrastructure deployment.
Learn network management and telecommunications operations.
Study blockchain governance in practical environments.
Participate in monthly educational tours organized jointly by Global Web3 Academy and VOOS Technology.
This transforms learning from theory into practical experience.

Governance Through NFTs

Following the successful deployment of each Internet Block, the DAO proposes issuing one Blockchain Internet Block Governance NFT.

The NFT will serve as a transparent digital record of participation and may provide governance rights, including:

Voting on future Internet Block deployments.
Participation in DAO governance.
Access to operational and financial reports.
Participation in future ecosystem proposals.
Community decision-making on expansion and development.
The NFT represents governance participation within the ecosystem and does not automatically represent legal equity unless approved under future DAO policies.

These risks will be managed through transparent governance, professional project management, partnership with VOOS Technology, and regular reporting to the DAO.

Resolution

The Global Web3 Academy DAO is requested to vote on the following resolution:

"Shall Global Web3 Academy enter into a strategic partnership with VOOS Technology Company Limited to develop and implement the Blockchain Internet Block Program, integrate the initiative with Web3 Pocket (Web3Kibubu), and authorize the deployment of Y Internet Community Centers under the governance framework approved by the DAO?"
