BIOHACK-1: Replace Goku with Vincenzo as Steward

Dear superhuman friends,

We are proposing a change in one of the DAO’s Stewards - namely replacing Goku with Vincenzo.

Context:

Goku is one of the three Founding Stewards and has played a role in rallying the initial community, passing our first Constitution, and carrying out our first set of experiments.

He is, however, at the same time running his own successful business and is busy with other commitments, therefore will be unable to continue providing the attention a Steward role requires at the next stages of the DAO, now that we are ready to scale.

After voluntarily stepping down, he will remain involved in the DAO and will always be considered a founding member. That said, we believe the DAO will be in a stronger position if Vincenzo takes on the official duties associated with the role of a Steward.

Who is Vincenzo?

Vincenzo has been involved in the DAO for over 8 months now - supporting the core team in executing all parts of our roadmap, despite not holding an official role.

He is a skilled software engineer and project lead, deeply embedded in the longevity field and having been involved in projects such as CureDAO, OpenCures, and others. We believe Vincenzo’s appointment as a Steward is well deserved and will put the DAO in a strong position to deliver on its mission.

Next steps:

As per the Constitution - https://docsend.com/view/cqag6zujvdtega8c - current Stewards can appoint new Stewards if in a unanimous agreement, which is the case here. The DAO may still veto such an appointment, which would require a 70% supermajority vote against. Therefore, Vincenzo’s appointment as a Steward will be ratified provided less than 70% vote Against.

Should this appointment pass, a transfer of multi-sig and other responsibilities from Goku to Vincenzo will commence immediately.

Should this appointment fail, Goku remains a Steward and an alternative replacement Steward may be nominated for a new vote.

Vote No if you disapprove.
